Heavy Plaster Work

The plaster contractor started working on some of the areas in the lobby today with serious plaster damage.  This damage occurred years ago before the lobby roof was replaced.  All this damage is a result of water getting in.  The lobby roof was replaced recently and tuck pointing has occurred on the exterior wall as well.  We had to wait until we knew we weren’t going to be getting water inside anymore.  You can see in the last image on the right that the damage was so bad in areas that it had to be removed back to the brick.
