The Egyptian Theatre in Downtown DeKalb is excited to announce they will have a booth at the DeKalb Farmers’ Market this summer.
The market, which takes place on Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Van Buer Plaza, is celebrating its 25th anniversary this summer. The Egyptian Theatre will be selling pre-bagged popcorn and kettle corn from the machines that were newly installed as part of the Theatre’s expansion project. The Theatre will also be selling merchandise which includes 90th anniversary commemorative t-shirts, magnets, tumblers and posters as well as flashlight tour t-shirts. All proceeds will go directly to the Egyptian Theatre.
The Egyptian Theatre located at 135 N. 2nd Street in Downtown DeKalb, IL is owned and operated by Preservation of Egyptian Theatre, Inc. a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Annual support provided by First National Bank, Northwestern Medicine, Shaw Media, and Tapa La Luna.
