  • This giveaway is a promotion.
  • Void where prohibited by law.
  • Egyptian Theatre employees, board members, and their immediate family members, are ineligible to participate in this giveaway.
  • Only one entry per email address will be eligible.
  • One winner will be selected at random after the close of the contest.  The contest closes on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 11:59 PM CST.
  • Winner will be notified by email on Friday, August 11, 2023 by 5:00 PM CST and responsible for collecting prize.
  • Prize has no cash value, can not be exchanged or transferred.
  • The two seats will always be together at each show.  Seat location determined solely by the Egyptian Theatre and may be different for each show.  If there is a show the winner can not attend, those tickets are forfeited and can not be transferred to another show.
  • The odds of winning is dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.
  • The winner agrees to the use, display, and publishment of the winner’s identity, including their name and photo, in promotional materials for the Egyptian Theatre.
  • All entries will be added to the Egyptian Theatre email list to receive show announcements and upcoming news. Information will not be shared with any 3rd party. Individuals will have the option to unsubscribe at any time.
  • The winner agrees to release the Egyptian Theatre from any liability for taxes, claims, demands, or losses related to this giveaway. The winner is fully responsible for reporting to the proper authorities any requirements related to winning this giveaway.
  • The Egyptian Theatre reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at their sole discretion. Participants agree to accept the decision of the Egyptian Theatre as final and binding.
  • The Egyptian Theatre reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates the giveaway rules, terms and conditions.  The Egyptian Theatre also reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law in cases where a participant has caused deliberate damage or undermined the operation of this promotion.
  • The Egyptian Theatre reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate this giveaway in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond our control, impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the giveaway.
